How I do it - Inzidentalom der Nebenniere

Inzidentalome der Nebennieren sind Läsionen, die zufällig im Rahmen einer Bildgebung entdeckt werden, die nicht wegen des Verdachts auf eine Nebennierenerkrankung durchgeführt wurde. Sie sind bei Erwachsenen häufig und können Probleme in der adäquaten diagnostischen Vorgehensweise hervorrufen. In diesem Artikel wird ein aktualisierter Algorithmus zur Differenzialdiagnostik in der Bildgebung des Nebenniereninzidentaloms vorgestellt.
