Kalzium in der Notfallmedizin — Update 2025

Kalzium hat ein breites Effektspektrum im menschlichen Körper und ist deshalb auch heute noch eine bewährte Therapieoption in Notfallsituationen. Sowohl bei Traumata als Gerinnungspräparat, bei manchen Vergiftungen wie auch in internistischen Notfallsituationen, z. B. der Hyperkaliämie, kann die Gabe indiziert sein. Die heute gebräuchliche pharmazeutische Formulierung in Deutschland ist Kalziumglukonat 10%.
