Rehabilitation einer BAMIC-3c-Verletzung des M. biceps femoris bei einem Ultratrail-Runner

Zusammenfassung
Verletzungen der Hamstrings gehören mit zu den häufigsten Sportverletzungen. Dieses Fallbeispiel zeigt, dass ein nichtoperatives Therapieregime auch bei einer relativ schweren Sehnenverletzung in einem Zeitraum von nur 9 Wochen erfolgreich zum Ziel führen kann.
