Meniskusoperationen effektiv rehabilitieren: ein Blick auf aktuelle Konsensusempfehlungen

Zusammenfassung

Für Patienten, die am Meniskus operiert wurden, gibt es unterschiedliche Empfehlungen für die Nachbehandlung. Neben Rissform und -lokalisation beeinflussen Lage und Ausmaß der Verletzung das chirurgische Vorgehen und nicht zuletzt individuelle Faktoren den Reha-Verlauf. Es lohnt sich, bei der Therapie dem Rat von Experten zu folgen.
