Indikation

Absolut: jeder Hämato-/Pneumothorax, ggf. prophylaktisch bei intubierten Patienten nach Thoraxtrauma.

Relativ: Spitzen-/Mantelpneumothorax bis ca. 1 cm Breite unter stationärer Beobachtung, nachlaufender Pleuraerguss.
