Konzentrierte Expositionstherapie bei Zwangsstörungen: das Bergen 4-Day Treatment (B4DT)

Zusammenfassung
Zwangsstörungen gehören zu den häufigsten psychischen Störungen und betreffen etwa 2 Mio. Menschen in Deutschland. Sie neigen dazu zu chronifizieren, mindern die Lebensqualität Betroffener erheblich, belasten Angehörige stark und verursachen hohe Kosten für das Gesundheitssystem. Eine zügige und nachhaltige Behandlung ist daher sowohl aus individueller als auch gesellschaftlicher Perspektive von großer Bedeutung.
