Zusammenfassung

Wiederkehrende aufdringliche und unangenehme Gedanken und Verhaltensweisen gehören zum Alltag von Patient*innen, die von Zwängen betroffen sind. In einer Psychotherapie sollte sich nicht nur die Symptomatik verändern, sondern auch die Reaktion auf zwangsauslösende Situationen. Fallvignetten eignen sich hier zur Diagnostik, und bieten durch ihre spezielle Form spannende Perspektiven für die klinische Praxis.
