Einleitung

Die Utriculuszyste ist eine seltene zystische Läsion in der Mittellinie zwischen Harnblase und Rektum durch eine fokale Erweiterung innerhalb des Utriculus prostaticus. Assoziationen mit weiteren urogenitalen Fehlbildungen sind beschrieben (Liu B et al. BMC Urol. 2019;19(1):21). Aufgrund der unspezifischen Symptomatik spielt die Bildgebung eine wichtige Rolle in der Diagnostik. In seltenen Fällen kann die Zyste stark vergrößert sein. Dies erschwert möglicherweise die Diagnosestellung. Komplikationen wie Harnwegsinfekte und selten auch maligne Entartung können sekundär auftreten.
