Abstract
In flexor tendon injury the patient can limited use the hand for several month and has to put in work and effort to achieve a good functional result. Tendon surgery lays the foundation for regaining hand function and requires practice, care and experience. This article describes the primary flexor tendon suture and provides tips and advice for both the surgical technique and further treatment.
