Krebs in der Schwangerschaft: Reproduktionsmedizin und Fertilitätserhalt

Krebs in der Schwangerschaft (Gravidität, Grav) tritt derzeit bei etwa einer von 1000 Schwangerschaften auf. Da die Erfüllung eines Kinderwunsches heutzutage häufig erst mit Anfang 30 realisiert wird, liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass die Inzidenz der Grav-assoziierten Krebserkrankungen noch weiter ansteigen wird [1] [2]. Die Diagnose und Behandlung der Grav-assoziierten Krebserkrankung sind eine multidisziplinäre und ethische Herausforderung [3] [4].
