Melanosis peritonei bei muzinösem Zystadenom des Ovars

Melanosis peritonei ist eine sehr seltene benigne Veränderung, die durch eine fokale oder diffuse Pigmentablagerung im Peritoneum charakterisiert ist. Die Veränderung ist fast ausschließlich mit anderen Pathologien assoziiert. Bislang wurden nur einige wenige Fälle von Melanosis peritonei publiziert [1]. Der vorgestellte Fallbericht beschreibt eine Melanosis peritonei im Zusammenhang mit einem muzinösen Zystadenoms des Ovars.
