Analytisch denken in Hypothesenkategorien – Clinical Reasoning – Teil 2 von 3
Pathologien können bei jedem Menschen unterschiedlich ausgeprägt sein. Folglich sollten Physiotherapeut*innen niemals nur auf Symptomatik und Funktionalität fokussieren. In diesem Sinne berücksichtigt das Clinical Reasoning auch Kriterien wie körperliche Aktivität, soziale Teilhabe, psychologische, soziale und zur Erkrankung beitragende Faktoren. Falls diese Aspekte dominieren, können sie eine Genesung massiv behindern.
