ASCO Genitourinary Cancers Symposium 2022

Auf dem ASCO Genitourinary Cancers Symposium (ASCO GU) wurden neue Daten von Immuntherapien bei verschiedenen urologischen Indikationen und Settings gezeigt. So weisen die Ergebnisse einer 12-wöchigen neoadjuvanten Therapie mit Avelumab plus Axitinib in der einarmigen Phase-II-Studie NeoAvAx darauf hin, dass dadurch das Ergebnis einer Nephrektomie bei Hochrisiko-Patienten mit Nierenzellkarzinom verbessert werden könnte.
