Zusammenfassung
Der Zusammenhang von Endometriose und unerfülltem Kinderwunsch ist
bekannt und wird mittels operativer Entfernung der peritonealen
Endometrioseherde behandelt. In diesem Fall konnte trotz mehrmaliger Operationen
keine Schwangerschaft initiiert werden. Unter der Behandlung mit Sepia
officinalis wurde die Patientin innerhalb eines Jahres schwanger und konnte ein
gesundes Kind gebären. Die Anamnese, Symptomenauswahl, Repertorisation
und der Fallverlauf werden hier dargestellt. Neben der Erfüllung des
Kinderwunsches konnten die Zyklusbeschwerden deutlich und anhaltend verbessert
werden. Gleichzeitig wurde das vorbestehende atopische Ekzem auf ein Minimum
reduziert.
Abstract
The context between endometriosis and childlessness is well known and treated
with laparoscopic surgery to excise lesions. In this case, despite multiple
operations, pregnancy could not be initiated. Under treatment with Sepia
officinalis, the patient became pregnant within a year and gave birth to a
healthy child. The anamnesis, selection of symptoms, repertorisation and the
course of the case are presented here. In addition, the menstrual cycle symptoms
of endometriosis have been significantly and persistently improved. At the same
time, the pre-existing atopic dermatitis was almost completely reduced.
