Injektionstechniken am ISG bei axialer Spondylarthritis als Ergänzung zur manuellen Therapie

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Im vorliegenden Artikel soll die Entwicklung, Technik und Indikation verschiedener Injektionsmethoden am ISG intra- und extraartikulär aufgezeigt werden. Auf verschiedene Techniken und Zielorte sowie auf die aktuelle Literatur wird eingegangen unter Berücksichtigung der Diagnose einer Spondarthropathie. Beziehungen zur manuellen Therapie werden aufgezeigt.

ABSTRACT

In this article, the development, technique and indication of various injection methods on the SIJ are to be shown intra- and extra-articularly. Various techniques and target sites as well as the current literature are discussed with regard to the diagnosis of spondyloarthropathy. Relationships to manual therapy are shown.
