Zusammenfassung
An 37 öffentlichen Schulen wurden in Brandenburg und Hessen seit 2017
erstmalig in Deutschland Schulgesundheitsfachkräfte eingesetzt und zum
Teil verstetigt. Die organisatorischen Rahmenbedingen, das
Tätigkeitsspektrum und eine Kosten-Nutzen-Bewertung des Einsatzes der
Schulgesundheitsfachkräfte aus den Erfahrungen der beiden Modellprojekte
werden vorgestellt mit dem Ziel eine bundesweite Etablierung des
Schulgesundheitsfachkräfteeinsatzes an öffentlichen Schulen zu
unterstützen.
Abstract
For the first time in Germany, in two model projects initiated at 37 public
schools in Brandenburg and Hesse in 2017, School Healthcare Professionals (SGFK)
were employed, and in some cases their positions made permanent. The
organizational framework, the range of activities and a cost-benefit analysis of
the work of the School Healthcare Professionals will be presented, based on the
experiences from both model projects, with the goal of supporting the nationwide
establishment of School Healthcare Professionals at public schools
