Rhabdoider Tumor der Orbita beim Kind

Rhabdoide Tumoren der Orbita bei Kindern sind seltene Tumoren embryonalen Ursprungs. Intraorbital liegen diese häufig im nasal oberen Quadranten [1]. Die Behandlung besteht aus einer kombinierten Polychemotherapie und Radiotherapie nach einer exzisionalen Biopsie. Im Falle einer Metastasierung in das ZNS sind diese Tumoren trotz einer Exenteratio mit einer infausten Prognose verbunden [2] [3]. Wir berichten über eine Patientin mit histologisch gesichertem intraorbitalem rhabdoidem Tumor nach Chemotherapie und Radiatio mit einem aktuellen Visus von 0,25 am betroffenen Auge.
