Complaints (NSC) eines der häufigsten Symptome in interdisziplinären Notaufnahmen
dar. Dabei machen Beschwerdebilder der unteren Extremitäten ca. 10% aus. Sie bilden
ein weitgefächertes Potpourri an Differenzialdiagnosen [1]. Dieser Beitrag geht auf die Diagnostik der häufigsten Beschwerdebilder, insbesondere
aber auch auf Tipps und Pitfalls, ein.
Abstract
Extremity complaints body with a prevalence up to 20% – next to non specific complaints
– to the most common symptoms in the emergency department. The lower extremities account
for about 10%. They form a wide-ranging potpourri of differential diagnoses: in addition
to osseous, ligamentous injuries, vascular aspects, metabolic disorders, neurological
disfunctions and inflammatory causes creates a big challenge for the right assignment.
The article focusses on the diagnosis of the most common complaint patterns, but also
on tips and pitfalls.
