**** Die Autoren machen in ihrem Review als Mitglieder des „Laryngotracheal Stenosis Committee“ der European Laryngological Society auf die hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit vermehrter laryngotrachealer Stenosen in Zusammenhang mit der oft wochenlangen Intubation von COVID-19-Patienten aufmerksam. Sie fordern eine hohe Expertise im Atemwegsmanagement.
