Operative Ausbildung des Nachwuchses – zeitgemäß und effektiv

Die Optimierung der laparoskopischen Nachwuchsausbildung ist in den letzten Jahren weltweit thematisiert worden [1], [2], [3]. Spezialisierung, Arbeitsverdichtung, personelle und finanzielle Ressourcen sowie ethische Aspekte haben dazu geführt, dass vielerorts laparoskopische Grundlagen zunächst an Simulatoren trainiert werden [4], [5], [6]. Dieser Beitrag stellt mögliche Konzepte für die alltägliche laparoskopische Ausbildung an Simulatoren in deutschen Kliniken vor.
