Therapiekonzepte beim Kolonkarzinom

Das kolorektale Karzinom zählt zu den häufigsten krebsbedingten Erkrankungs- und Todesursachen. Die Behandlung ist Stadien-orientiert und erfordert ein interdisziplinäres Team. Neue medikamentöse Therapieansätze, die auf molekularen Spezifika der Karzinome aufbauen, verbessern das Überleben im metastasierten Stadium.
