    Omer Alaber et al. High grade dysplasia or esophageal adenocarcinoma in patients with a history of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery: a case series

    The endoscopic management of five patients with a history of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) presenting with high grade dysplasia or esophageal adenocarcinoma is presented. The importance of surveillance for patients with Barrettʼs esophagus after RYGB is highlighted.
