Multiligamentäre Kniegelenkverletzungen – Epidemiologie, Diagnostik und Klassifikation

Multiligamentäre Kniegelenkverletzungen sind glücklicherweise sehr selten. Doch wenn es dazu kommt, stellen sie für den behandelnden Arzt wegen der geringen Inzidenz, der möglichen Begleitverletzungen und der unterschiedlichen Unfallmechanismen eine erhebliche diagnostische Herausforderung dar.
