Einleitung

Pisa, 1881. Angelo Maria Maffucci, italienischer Arzt und Pathologe, beschreibt erstmalig ein Syndrom, welches von nun an nach ihm benannt wird. Es folgt ein aktueller Fallbericht dieser Erkrankung.
