Systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating efficacy of various bariatric endoscopic procedures. Among the procedures evaluated, aspiration therapy, fluid-filled balloon, primary obesity surgery endoluminal procedure, and duodenal-jejunal bypass liner showed superior short-term efficacy with regard to percentage weight loss and excess weight loss compared with lifestyle modification.
