Es wird ein vielversprechendes Protokoll zur Verbesserung und Regeneration des Gewebeangebots bei Periimplantitisdefekten vorgestellt. Nach der mechanischen Reinigung mit Glycinpulver wird eine effiziente chemische Implantatdekontamination mithilfe eines antimikrobiellen Präparats auf Hypochloritbasis durchgeführt. Der gereinigte Defekt wird mit einer Kombination aus einer zuckerkreuzvernetzten Kollagenmatrix und Hyaluronsäure zur Unterstützung von regenerativen Prozessen und zur Verbesserung der Wundheilung augmentiert.
