Seltene Differenzialdiagnose einer paramedianen zervikalen Raumforderung

Anamnese

Es stellte sich ein 59-jähriger Patient mit seit 2 Monaten bestehender Schwellung am Hals paramedial links vor. Der Patient gab an, dass sich die Schwellung in den letzten 2 Wochen vergrößert habe. Dysphagie, Dyspnoe oder Dysphonie wurden von dem Patienten verneint. Eine B-Symptomatik bestand nicht. Die Vorerkrankungen umfassten nach Angabe des Patienten Depression, Hypothyreose und Arthrose beider Knie sowie eine Myopie. Weiterhin bestand eine Dauermedikation mit den folgenden Medikamenten: Lamotrigin Desitin® Tbl. 100 mg 0-0-1, Cipralex® Tbl. 20 mg 1/2-0-0, L-Thyrox Tbl. 75 mg 0-0-1, Pravastatin Tbl. 20 mg 0-0-1.
