Zusammenfassung
Primäre intestinale Bezoare sind sehr seltene Passagehindernisse. Die Therapiemöglichkeiten
sind chirurgische Resektion, Enzymbehandlung, endoskopische Intervention und Coca-Cola®-Lyse. In der Literatur wird zwar viel über eine erfolgreiche Coca-Cola®-Lyse berichtet, nur wenig jedoch bezüglich Dünndarmobstruktion durch Bezoare. In
unserem Fall war weder die chirurgische noch die endoskopische Resektion möglich,
weshalb wir uns für eine Coca-Cola®-Lyse entschieden.
Abstract
Phytobezoars are rare causes for intestinal obstruction. Therapy options include surgical
removal, enzyme treatment, endoscopic removal and lyis with Coca-Cola®. While there is ample literature about successful Coca-Cola®-lysis, little is to be found concerning intestinal beozars. In our case, neither
surgical nor endoscopic treatment of the intestinal obstruction was possible, which
is why we opted for a Coca-Cola®-lysis.
