Zusammenfassung

Rückenschmerzen können durch verschiedene Ursachen hervorgerufen werden. Innerhalb eines Jahres haben in Deutschland etwa 70 % der Erwachsenenbevölkerung mindestens eine Rückenschmerzepisode. Die Definition, die Epidemiologie, die Prognose und die Ursache des akuten Rückenschmerzes werden thematisiert.

Dieser Artikel beschäftigt sich weiterhin mit der Abgenzung der nichtspezfischen Form von der spezifischen Ursache des Rückenschmerzes unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Leitlinien und deren Empfehlungen. Sowohl die „red-flags“ werden in der Anamnese und Diagnostik dargestellt, wie auch die aktuellen therapeutischen Möglichkeiten zur Darstellung gebracht.

Abstract

Backpain can be caused by unspecific and specific reasons. In between one year, the prevalence in Germany is around 70 % for the occurence of back pain in the adult population. The definition, prognosis, epidemiology and the cause of acute back pain is discussed.

This publication describes the differentiation of unspecific and specific back pain, leaned on the german guidelines for these diseases. The recommendations concerning differential diagnosis, and treatment options are discussed. Furthermore the so called „red flags“ and their consequences are mentioned.
