Das Adenomyoepitheliom als sehr seltene Tumorentität

Adenomyoepitheliome sind seltene in der Brust vorkommende Tumoren. Meistens sind sie gutartig, doch hin und wieder treten maligne Formen auf. Die Malignität zu erkennen stellt eine histologische Herausforderung dar, da keine speziellen Kriterien beschrieben und die Fallzahlen bislang sehr gering sind. Daher ist im Rahmen der Diagnosesicherung auf eine ausreichend große Probeentnahme zu achten. Dadurch kann nachfolgend auf eine ausreichende Exzision im Rahmen der operativen Therapie geachtet, aber es können auch unnötig radikale Eingriffe vermieden werden. Die Nachsorge sollte bei Rezidivrisiko, aber auch bei potenzieller Metastasierung engmaschig erfolgen.
