Präklinische Immobilisation bei Traumapatienten

Über 80% der Notärzte in Deutschland haben keinen unfallchirurgischen Hintergrund. Dies bedingt nicht selten Vorbehalte gegenüber einfachen immobilisierenden Maßnahmen bei Verletzten, die im Einzelfall jedoch lebensrettend sein können. Wir stellen hier einen Leitfaden zur Priorisierung der Maßnahmen vor und machen Sie mit gängigen Hilfsmitteln vertraut.
