The SAPHO syndrome (synovitis–acne–pustulosis–hyperostosis–osteitis syndrome) is a
rare chronic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology. Herein, we present a case of
incidentally detected SAPHO syndrome in a middle-aged male patient who visited the
hospital for pulmonary complaints.
