Introduction

Extraskeletal Ewing's sarcoma (EES) is an uncommon, aggressive, round cell tumor. It accounts to 16% among Ewing's sarcoma (ES). The most commonly involved sites are soft tissues of trunk or lower extremities, paravertebral tissues, chest wall, and retroperitoneum. EES presenting in the genitourinary tract is highly uncommon. There are very few cases of primary vulvar and vaginal ES which have been published to date. We report a rare case of ES of the vulva that presented with labial swelling.
