Summary
This report describes the diagnosis and treatment of a growth plate disturbance resembling
canine metaphyseal osteopathy in two, two-month-old, sibling, intact, female Domestic
Shorthair cats. Clinical signs and radiographic lesions resolved spontaneously after
three months. Follow-up examination at six months of age showed complete recovery
and no radiographic abnormalities.
