eine umfassende Organisationsstruktur sowie bestimmte technisch-räumliche Gegebenheiten.
Zusätzlich zu einem gut ausgebildeten, motivierten Team aus Pflegern, Ärzten und Technikern
benötigt man für die Organisation einer Heimdialyseabteilung einen geeigneten Raum
samt Maschinen und Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen sowie Verbrauchsmaterial. Vorab müssen
elektrische und wasserseitige Versorgungseinrichtungen beim Patienten installiert
werden. Besonders wichtig ist es, den Patienten ausreichend auf die Heimdialyse vorzubereiten,
Trainingsprogramme durchzuführen und ihn engmaschig zu betreuen.
