Erhalt der Milcheckzähne bei Nichtanlage der Zähne 13, 12, 22 und 23 – ein Fallbericht einer nicht ganz alltäglichen Frühbehandlung

Zusammenfassung

Im Folgenden wird ein achtjähriges Mädchen mit Nichtanlage der Zähne 13, 12, 22 und 23 vorgestellt. Die Zähne 52 und 62 waren bereits vorzeitig verloren gegangen, die Zähne 53 und 63 jedoch in situ. Der Behandlungsplan sah vor, die Milcheckzähne zu mesialisieren, um eine Resorption derselben durch die durchbrechenden Zähne 14 und 24 zu verhindern. Die mittels Multibracketapparatur mesialisierten Milcheckzähne wurden nachfolgend als Lückenhalter in Regio 12 und 22 erhalten.

Abstract

The following article presents an eight years old girl with agenesis of the teeth 13, 12, 22 and 23. The teeth 52 and 62 had prematurely been lost, whereas the teeth 53 and 63 were still in situ. The treatment plan included the mesialization of the deciduous canines in order to prevent their resorption by the erupting teeth 14 and 24. A multibracket appliance was used. The mesialized deciduous canines were kept as space maintainers in regio 12 and 22.
