Abstract

Two new leucoanthocyanins have been isolated from the acetone extract of the stem bark of Prosopis juliflora. These compounds have been characterised as leucodelphinidin-3-0-α-L-rhamnopyranoside and leucodelphinidin-3-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 - 4)-0-α-L-rhamno-pyranoside.
