Zusammenfassung

Bei einem Patienten mit primärem Hyperparathyreoidismus wurde ein zystisches Nebenschilddrüsenadenom präoperativ durch ultraschallgesteuerte Feinnadelpunktion und den Nachweis einer erhöhten Parathormonkonzentration im Aspirat diagnostiziert.

Abstract

In one patient with primary hyperparathyroidism, a cystic parathyroid adenoma was diagnosed pre-operatively by ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy and the detection of an elevated parathyroid hormone concentration in the aspirate.
