Zusammenfassung

Zur Unterstützung der Wiederherstellung von Atemfunktion und Kreislauf gehört auch die Physiotherapie zum täglichen Behandlungsprogramm auf Intensivstationen. Frühzeitig begonnene physiotherapeutische Maßnahmen zur Verhütung von Komplikationen am Atemsystem und Bewegungsapparat sind ebenso wichtig wie ein gezielter Einsatz der Physiotherapie, dargelegt am Beispiel der schweren Pneumonie.

Summary

For the support of the restoration of the respiratory function and the circulation also the physiotherapy belongs to the daily therapeutic programme in intensive therapy wards. Early physiotherapeutic measures for the prevention of complications in the respiratory system and the apparatus of locomotion are as important as the aimed use of physiotherapy, explained at the example of a severe pneumonia.
