Zusammenfassung

Es werden drei neue Varianten der Kryotherapieapplikationsverfahren zur Analgesie in der Physiotherapie vorgestellt. Durch Schmerzschwellenbestimmungen mittels Elektroalgesietest wird der gute analgetische Effekt der Kälte verdeutlicht. Es handelt sich am ehesten um eine Hyperstimulationsanalgesie nach Melzack.

Summary

Three new variants of the cryotherapy application methods for analgesia in physiotherapy are demonstrated. By determinations of the pain threshold by means of the electroanalgesia test the good analgetic effect of cold is made clear. The case in question is above all a hyperstimulation analgesia after Melzack.
