Zusammenfassung

In der Arbeit wird die Dynamik der Einrichtungsformen von 1949-1980 dargestellt. Es wird aufgezeigt, dass mit dem Aufbau des sozialistischen Gesundheitswesens in der Hauptstadt der DDR Berlin eine zielstrebige Konzentration der Einrichtungen bei wachsender Leistungsfähigkeit durchgeführt und die materiell-technische Basis ausgebaut wurde. Die Qualifikationsstruktur des mittleren medizinischen Personals konnte verbessert werden. Inhaltliche und organisatorische Aufgaben bei der Durchsetzung der hauptstädtischen Konzeption für die physiotherapeutische Betreuung der Bevölkerung werden abgeleitet.

Summary

In the paper the dynamics of the forms of institutions from 1949-1980 are demonstrated. It is shown that with the development of Socialist public health in the capital of the GDR Berlin a purposeful concentration of the institutions with increasing efficiency was performed and the material-technical basis was further developed. The structure of qualification of the medium medical staff could be improved. Tasks concerning the contents and organisations tasks in the performance of the capital conception for the physiotherapeutic care of the population are derived.
