Globalbefund und Regionalbefund in der Beurteilung einer gezielten Physiotherapie bei Patienten mit Rheumatoid Arthritis¹

Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von dem System- und Lokalbefund werden Global- und Regionalbefund interpretiert. Aus dem Regionalbefund resultiert summarisch der Teil- oder Gesamtbefund. Analog der Befunderhebung werden die systemisch-globale und die lokal-regionale Therapie erläutert.

Das Physiotherapieziel ist bei der Rheumatoid Arthritis durch die Linderung des Schmerzes, die Besserung der Beweglichkeit und die Hemmung der Entzündung bestimmt.

Schmerzabhängigkeit, Schmerzmaximum, Beweglichkeit, Arbeitsfähigkeit, Akuität und Chronizität sind Kriterien einer globalen Befunderhebung. Für die regionale Befunderhebung sind die Kriterien Schmerzhäufigkeit, Schmerzintensität, Einzelbewegung, Bewegungskette, Entzündungsareal und Entzündungsintensität geeignet.

Issuing from the system and local findings global and regional findings are interpreted. From the regional findings summarily result the partial and the total findings. Analogously to the statement of findings the systemic-global and the local-regional therapy are explained.

Tn rheumatoid arthritis the aim of physiotherapy is determined by alleviation of pain, improvement of movability and inhibition of the inflammation.

Dependence on pain, maximum of pain, movability, working capacity, acuity and chroni-city are criteria of a global statement of findings. For the regional statement of findungs the criteria frequency of pain, intensity of pain, single movement, chain of movements, are aof inflammation and intensity of inflammation are suitable.
