Einfluß der Karbehandlung in Lądek-Zdrój auf ausgewählte biochemische Parameter des Blutes bei Kranken mit chronisch-aktiver Hepatitis

Zusammenfassung

Ziel der Arbeit war die Beurteilung des Einflußes von Radon-222 auf das Verhalten der Konzentration von Immunoglobulinen, auf das Proteinogramm des Serums und die Aktivität der Aminotransferasen bei 28 Pat. mit chronisch-aktiver Hepatitis im Badeort Lądek-Zdrój. Während 20 Tagen wurden den Kranken 15minütige Inhalationen des natürlichen Radons-222 appliziert, und 16 von ihnen verabreichte man zusätzlich das Mineralwasser „Jerzy” zum Trinken. Unter dem Einfluß der Kurbehandlung wurden im Blutserum eine signifikante Erhöhung der Konzentration der Albumine und Senkung der Konzentration der Gamma-globuline, des Immunoglobulins IgG und IgA sowie auch der Aktivität von A1AT festgestellt. Die Untersuchungen erweisen bei allen Kranken die Verbesserung des Allgemeinbefinden und Nachlassen subjektiver Beschwerden. Die balneologisch-klimatische Kur in Lądek-Zdrój wirkt sich auf die Kranken mit chronisch-aktiver Hepatitis positiv aus. Negative Nebenwirkungen dieser Behandlung wurden nicht festgestellt.

Summary

The aim of the study was the assessment of the influence of radon-222 on the behaviour of the concentration of immunoglobulins, on the proteinogram of the serum and the activity of the aminotransferases in 28 patients with chronic active hepatitis in the health resort Lądek Zdrój. During 20 days the patients were applied 15-minute inhalations of the natural radon-222 and 16 of them were additionally administered the mineral water „Jerzy” for drinking. Under the influence of the cure in the blood serum a significant increase of the concentration of albumins and a decrease of the gamma globulins, of the immunoglobulin IgA and IgG as well as of the activity of ALAT was stated. In all patients the examinations reveal the improvement of the general condition and the decrease of subjective complaints. The balneological climatic treatment in Lądek-Zdrój has a positive influence on patients with chronic active hepatitis. Negative side effects of this treatment were not stated.
