Zusammenfassung

Etwa 1/5 aller gynäkologischer Heilkuren in den Staatsbädern Bad Brambach - Bad Elster erfolgt bei Patientinnen mit primärer oder sekundärer Sterilität. Dabei steht der Tubenfaktor bei den meisten Frauen als Ursache im Vordergrund. Es wird die komplexe Kurorttherapie dargestellt und das Problem des Kurerfolges diskutiert.

Summary

About 1/5; of all gynaecological cures in the State Spas of Bad Brambach - Bad Elster is performed in patients with primary and secondary sterility. In these cases the tubal factor stands to the fore as cause in most women. The complex health resort therapy is described and the problem of the success of the cure is discussed.
