34 von 1599 urologischen Tumorpatienten hatten ein Mehrfachkarzinom. Es wird über die seltene Beobachtung eines Dreifachkarzinomes - ausgehend von Harnblase, Niere und Prostata - berichtet.

Abstract

34 out of 1599 urological patients had a multiple carcinom. A triple carcinom originating from the urinary bladder, the kidney and the prostata was observed. Diagnostic »overkill« is suggested to be a major factor contributing to the discovery of multiple carcinoms. Ethiological a primary immune insuffiency is assumed.
