Zusammenfassung
Es wird über zwei Fälle von Ureterendometriose berichtet und eine Übersicht der in
der Weltliteratur bisher beschriebenen Fälle hinsichtlich Symptomatik und Therapie
gegeben. Der Stellenwert der neueren diagnostischen Methoden wie Computertomographie,
Sonographie und Urinzytologie wird diskutiert.
Bei der intrinsischen Ureterendometriose bietet sich die Ureterzystoneostomie in
Psoas-Hitch-Technik ohne hor-monelle Nachbehandlung als Therapie der Wahl an.
Abstract
Two cases of ureteral endometriosis are reported and the literature is reviewed with
special emphasis on symptoms and therapy. New diagnostic methods such as computer
assisted tomography, ultra-sonography and urinary cytology are discussed and evaluated.
Intrinsic ureteral endometriosis should be treated with local resection, and reimplantation
with the psoas-hitch technique without the need for post-operative hormonal management.
