Zusammenfassung

Es wird hier über eine ausgedehnte Resektionstechnik beim hinteren Harnröhrenkarzinom berichtet. Unter Mitnahme der unteren Schambeinäste und des Unterrandes der Symphyse oder mit totaler Symphysektomie und Resektion des Diaphragma urogenitale erfolgt die en bloc-Resektion mit vorderer pelviner Exenteration und Harnableitung in einer einzeitigen Operation. Die Praktikabilität und der Wert dieser Operationsmethode wird anhand von 12 Patienten der Jahre 1964-1982 belegt.

Abstract

An operative technique for extensive resection of invasive urethral carcinoma is reported. Surgical excision includes the inferior pubic rami with partial or total symphysectomy with en bloc resection of urogenital diaphragm, pelvic organs and lymph nodes. Urinary diversion is performed during the same procedure. Value and practicability of this surgical technique is demonstrated on the basis of 12 patients treated between 1964 and 1982.
