Abstract

It is reported about 9 cases of the complete separation between the epididymis and testis (the relative and total form). By the total form was the distance between the testis and epididymis about 10 cm. By both forms were the epididymi situated in the inguinal canal. By the total form were the testes always in the abdominal position, while by the relative form were the testes both in the inguinal canal and in the abdominal position, what was dependent from the distance between this organs. The consecutive gross and histological changes were analysed. Finaly was shown the importance of this anormality in the diagnosis of the monorchism and the appearing of the infertility in the later age of life.
