Primäres Fibrosarkom und primäres Osteosarkom der Niere

Zusammenfassung

Es werden zwei eigene Beobachtungen eines primären Fibrosarkoms und eines primären Osteosarkoms der Niere dargestellt. Histogenese des Tumors, Diagnostik, Therapie und Prognose werden anhand des Schrifttums diskutiert. Beide Patienten zeigten eine sehr rasche Progredienz der Krankheit mit gastrointestinalen Symptomen, palpablem Tumor und Schmerzen. Die Diagnose wurde trotz Anwendung aller gegebenen Verfahren letztlich nur histologisch am Operationspräparat gestellt. Anhand des Schrifttums wurde den bisher hier bekanntgewordenen 11 Fällen eines primären Osteosarkoms der Niere eine eigene Beobachtung-ein 39jähriger Mann-hinzugefügt. Es kommt der Frühdiagnose und der Radikaloperation zur Zeit die meiste Bedeutung zu.

Abstract

Two cases of primary renal fibrosarcoma and primary renal osteosarcoma are reported. Histogenesis of tumor, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis are discussed and the literature is reviewed. Both patients showed a short history of gastrointestinal symptoms, pain and palpable mass, due to a high progredience of the tumor. In spite of exploring all methods of clinical investigations the final diagnosis could only be made histologically. A review of literature revealed only 11 cases of primary renal osteosarcoma. Our case presented is a 39-year-old man. Early diagnosis and radical nephrectomy seems to be the treatment of choice at this time.
