Modifizierte Ileozystoplastik nach Camey

Zusammenfassung

Die Ileozystoplastik nach erfolgter radikaler Zystektomie wegen eines Harnblasenkarzinoms stellt eine Harnableitungstechnik dar, die eine nahezu normale Miktion und Kontinenz ohne ein Urinstoma erlaubt. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine modifizierte Operationstechnik, die unter anderem eine partielle Pubektomie verwendet, aufgezeigt, um die Operationstechnik zu vereinfachen und die Operationsdauer zu verkürzen. Die Resultate bei 15 Patienten sind, was Miktion und Kontinenz anbetrifft, als sehr hoffnungsvoll zu bewerten und empfehlen die Ileozystoplastik als mögliche Harnableitung beim männlichen Harnblasenkarzinompatienten.

Abstract

Enterocystoplasty after cystectomy for bladder cancer is a diversion technique allowing an almost normal micturition pattern without incontinence and avoiding a urinary stoma. The technique is described with emphasis on a few technical points, such as partial pubectomy, which enable the surgeon to shorten the operation time significantly. The results with our first fifteen patients are promising as far as micturition and continence are concerned. We thus consider this procedure as the first choice for urinary diversion after cystectomy in men, whenever possible.
